This is a really well-made spoontula. The size and shape are great for stirring, scraping, and serving, and it feels sturdy without being bulky. My favorite part is the durometer of the silicone edge. It’s firm enough to actually scrape the bottom and sides of a pan, but still flexible enough to conform to the surface. The handle also feels solid and comfortable in the hand. Overall, it’s simple, functional, and feels like something that will last a long time.
