These cutting boards are fantastic. Compact, sturdy, easy to clean in dishwasher, and good sizes! So far they show light scratches from use (to be expected so they don't dull your knives) but no stains. A definite upgrade over my old plastic cutting boards.

I just replaced my cutting boards with the same as always. They last, they wash well, a great piece of equipment in the kitchen.
I cook a lot. At least one meal a day, often two. The cutting boards get a workout and need to be ready to use later in the day. Use, wash, repeat.

Recently purchased several cutting boards from Epicurean and I absolutely love them! They are lightweight but well made. I love that they can go in the dishwasher and I feel better getting away from plastic cutting boards. Also pleased with customer service!! I love these cutting boards! They’re thin but sturdy and I love the size variations. Don’t expect them to not get those knife marks, it is what it is. But overall, they’re so easy to hand wash if you don’t want to put them in the dishwasher to avoid the high heat. Overall, I love these and Epicurean customer care is on point too!
